In Mar de morros / Rio de aço", Serra das Máquinas brings its urban vision, exploring the landscapes, textures and tensions of life in Belo Horizonte (BR). With 4 unreleased tracks, the EP combines elements of contemporary electronic music with elements of the Brazilian regional culture of the great urban centers of the southeast. Rough electronic sounds, samples and regional percussion elements merge to create a soundscape that reflects the dynamics of the city, from the high hills that surround it to the constant flow of the steel river that cuts the relief of the mountains. The EP is a representation of the unique and poignant duality of Minas, providing listeners with a unique fusion of Brazilian musical traditions with the electronic influences and personal narratives of the producer.
